Here is a rare piece, which offers great insight into the production process of the Micro line. This silicone mold was created from the original wax sculpting of Darth Vader. It was then used to hand-cast 4ups made of dynacast, a green pigmented urethane.

The picture above shows a prototype run I've assembled for various portions of the production process pertaining to this particular Darth Vader found in the Micro Death Star Escape playset. These pieces include the silicone mold, an unpainted 4up and a handpainted resin squeezing.
