SHELF TALKER

Here is a mint unused example of the Toy Center shelf talker. This display's availability has always been a mystery to me. One would expect it to be rarer than the Toy Galaxy version, based on the limited availability of the Toy Center bell. The shelf talker defies my display knowledge though, and is indeed much more common than the Toy Galaxy shelf talker. The Toy Center shelf talker was once considered a rarity, but a number turned up in 1999 making it an easier piece than once thought. This example orginated from the 1999 offering. A few years later, a number of complete merchandising display kits surfaced from the Kenner Morgue, each containing around 8 Toy Center shelf talkers each. This new supply greatly increased availablity of this shelf talker and transformed it into one of the more readily available shelf talkers; prices plummeted as a result of this.
