This blue 2-up came from a find of prototypes made by Don Gibbs of Toys Plus of Cinncinatti. It heralds from the now defunct Action Masters line from the early POTF2 days. Unfortunately, the Action Masters line was cancelled before the Hoth Stormtrooper was released, making this an unproduced item. The Action Masters line was a new age rendition of the old Micro series, albeit on a much smaller scope.
