CARDED BLUE STARS

This is probably the second most infamous Uzay figure. Second only to the rare Head Man figure. Blue Stars is part of the Turkish bootleg line produced in the late 80's. The line is unlicensed and features fairly interesting card photos. The Blue Stars, as the name implies, is noteable for its blue coloration since all licensed snowtroopers were cast in white. The figure is cast in blue and the gun is cast in white. The limbs are a slighty different shade than the body. Carded examples are tough to locate, but finding one in such high grade is a real task! Most Uzays suffer from extreme bubble yellowing and cracking due to the inferior plastic employed on the bubbles. It is also interesting to note that the Uzay cards are a tad larger than the US Kenner cards. Blue Stars is truly a snowtrooper among snowtroopers!
