This Hoth Stormtrooper 4-up paint master originally surfaced from a find made by The Earth Collectible Toy Mall years ago. The collection, brokered from an ex-Kenner designer, included a massive number of painted Micro Collection 4-up hardcopies in addition to a plethora of 3 3/4" figure hardcopies.

The 4-up is hand painted and cast in a green urethane called dynacast. A paint master, such as this, served to illustrate the intended paint scheme. Additional possible functions include serving as a photography sample or industry show display sample. The "shot pose" represents one of five Hoth Stormtrooper poses included in the Hoth Generator Attack playset.
