This bootlegs heralds from the country of Brazil. It was one of at least 26 bootlegs released in Brazil. They came in a rather generic brown box with a character label affixed to the bottom box face. The Brazillian lead figures are cast in a heavy lead, which makes them quite unique.

Here is a close up view of the figure itself. Correct weapons did not accompany all figures, but luckily Hoth Stormtrooper sports his usual rifle.

Above is a shot of the character name label. You'll notice Hoth Stormtrooper is number 24 in the line. Interestingly the box uses the label "stormtrooper", instead of Hoth Stormtrooper. These bootlegs are extremely difficult to track down and finding them with the box and weapon is even more daunting.
