This Hoth Stormtrooper painted 4-up originated from an amazing find by The Earth Collectible Toy Mall. The collection, brokered on behalf of an ex-Kenner designer, featured a vast number of painted and unpainted 4-ups in addition to many 3 3/4" action figure hardcopies.
