PROMOTIONAL COMIC BOOK

  

This Super Powers comic book sports a sleek special cover. The normal issue's cover is present underneath the toy fair cover. This is the only example I've come across in my years of collecting although I imagine more copies survived. The rear portion of the special cover directs buyers to various companies setting up at Toy Fair. I believe it was given out at Toy Fair to help promote the line to prospective buyers.
